Miscellaneous Payment Information
- Customers who are not comfortable providing their credit card information
can always phone in their order during our regular store hours. You will still
checkout using our shopping cart. Simply choose "telephone" rather
than credit card during the checkout process.
Once you've completed your order, call us at 315.622.1228 or 1.800.Haydens
with your order number and credit card information.
- Customers can also fax in their order to Hayden Jewelers. You will still
checkout using our shopping cart. Simply choose "fax" rather than
credit card during the checkout process. Once you've completed your order,
print and fax your order details along with your credit card information to
us at 315.622.9043.
- We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. We do
preauthorize orders however. By doing this, we verify that the credit card
is valid, not stolen and that funds are available to cover your purchase.
- Sales tax of 8% is charged on orders shipped to an address within the state
of New York. Sales tax is not applied towards shipping charges (if applicable).

We currently accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diner's Club.
- Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number.
In particular, we will need the address and phone number your credit card
company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing
your order.
- We never bill for credit card service fees.
- Hayden Jewelers will only ship to the billing address on your credit card
for orders over $300. Please view our shipping policies
page for details.

Cashier's Checks & Money Orders
We accept cashier's checks and money orders.
Simply place an online order, then mail your check or money
order with a printed copy of your order confirmation page to:

- We will process your order after we receive your money order or cashier's
check and follow up with an email.
Personal Checks
Here at Hayden Jewelers, we do accept personal checks.
Simply place an online order, then mail your check or money order with a printed

- Please write your order number on the check.
- For personal and company checks, we will process your order after the funds
clear. Please allow 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before
the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product
by the time payment is received and funds clear.
