Lost Shipment

All orders are shipped via USPS express shipping and should be delivered in one to two days, including Sundays and holidays. Most packages will be delivered within one day.

Each package will have an associated tracking number. This tracking number should have been provided via email once your package was shipped. If you've been expecting a package, please reference this tracking number first for package information.

If it has been more than 2 days since your package was shipped, please make sure that a delivery has not been attempted. We do require an adult signature for all jewelry shipments. In cases where an adult is not present to sign for a package, your mail carrier will leave a note letting you know that a delivery was attempted and where you can pick up your package.
